U.S.S. Indianapolis Survivors Plaque

This plaque was presented by USS Indianapolis survivors and the Survivors Memorial Organization in recognition of Bulen's support for the USS Indianapolis Memorial. The memorial was dedicated in 1995 on the 50th anniversary of the ship's sinking.
